Over the years MGM Advisory Services has developed strong relationships with candidates placed with our clients. One candidate in particular eventually wanted to step back from her full time role and focus on work-life balance. This included the desire to take on a role with less hours and more flexibility so she could spend more time with her children.
Soon after, a client in the Aviation industry located in Anchorage, AK came to MGM in order to place a Chief Financial Officer. After the CFO was successfully placed with the client, they recognized a need for an accounting professional to assist in accounting efforts while they rebuilt their business.
